David Myers | 1974
David Wilfred Myers was a long time member of CAMP. His partner of 40 years was John Logan. After his death, David's collection of documents related to his evidence and other submissions to the WA Royal Commission into Homosexuality in 1974 and his time as president of Campaign Against Moral Persecution Inc. (CAMP) were donated by Gerry Coles

Freedom Centre Banner Collection
FREEDOM CENTRE ORIGINS | 1994
Freedom Centre started out in 1994 as a part of the "Other Voices" program in Gay Men's Education at the WA AIDS Council (WAAC). It began to provide an ongoing social space for the young men that participated in the gay education courses. A space to provide the young men with social opportunities outside of the "scene".

Judy Nemer Collection
Judy Nemer | 1988
Judy's son Gregory Norman Nemer died of AIDS in 1988 and Judy became a volunteer educator with WAAC for over 30 years. She facilitated the WA Aids Council (WAAC) support group People Living With HIV and AIDS (PLWHA).

Lespar | 1985
GALAWA acquired the Lespar Library in 2003. It had been a private collection maintained for public use, and operated from Karin Hoffmann's (1941-) Darlington property, on the outskirts of Perth, for fifteen years.

Maxwell (Max) Karnaghan (1937-2004) was a priest of the Metropolitan Community Church, Perth. He donated vestments, chalice, banner and numerous items and documents to GALAWA (predecessor to WestPride Archives).

Perth Pride Choir Collection
Perth Pride Choir | 1993
Started in 1993 as the Rainbow Chorus, then becoming Gay and Lesbian Singers of WA then in 2021 to Perth Pride Choir. The Choir performs regularly at the Pride Parade, Fair Day and other community events and has two major sell out concerts each year.

Robert Vallis, (resident in South Street Fremantle),was weaver, the former Director of Bunbury Art Galleries and ECU Collection Curator, became a part-time Art Curator of the MLTC Collection, until the position became full-time. He proved to be an imaginative and innovative curator, who set a pattern for the activities of the Collection to the present day. One of his first tasks was to see Art as a Social Document to its end. and used to refer to himself as 'Curator of Corridors'.

Sue Ravine (1958-2011) was active in the lesbian scene in Perth during the 1990s, serving on the Lesbian and Gay Pride WA board in 1993 and made a significant contribution by organising Pride WA Parties from 1993-1997, as well as working as the main DJ. She donated her collection of music compilations, posters, T-shirts and ephemera in 1995

Neil Van Zee, universally known in the Perth Gay and Lesbian community as Nanna Neil, is from a staunch Baptist family. Being rebellious he rejected his family's religious teachings and joined a Catholic monastery and was rejected by his family for a while. After a while Neil decided to then rebel again and went into the US Navy and trained to be a spy
